Insurance Plans and Payment Options

Our goal is to be as transparent as possible about our services and prices.  We inform our patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of the appointment. To be best prepared, we ask our patients to review their benefits online before coming into the office. 

Vision Insurance plans we accept:

Any patient without insurance, or an insurance company that we are not in-network with, qualifies for a 20% discount on all services, fitting fees, and scans.

Payment Options:

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most credit cards, including CareCredit, FSA, and HSA accounts. 

Services and Pricing here

Medical exams for red eyes and infections range from $56-120. Medical insurance will be billed. 

Medical exams for flashes/floaters/extensive retinal concerns and foreign body removals (not including contacts) range from $90-170. Medical insurance will be billed. 

Comprehensive exams including glasses prescriptions range from $90-170 depending on additional retinal scans, topography, and OCTs to monitor diseases. Vision plans or medical plans will be billed. 

Glasses prescriptions outside of comprehensive disease exams not covered by medical plans are $35. 

Contact lens exams range from $56 to $750 depending on the level of specialty lenses.
